The President of the Republic, Mr. Danny Faure will be attending the 28thOrdinary Session of the Assembly of the African Union (AU Summit), which will be held in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia on 30 and 31 January 2017.

The Summit will be held under the theme "Harnessing Demographic Dividend through investments in youth.''

The youth constitute 70% of the African population and remain a critical part of the continent's most precious resources.

President Faure will leave Seychelles on 28thJanuary 2017 and return on the 2ndFebruary 2017.
